It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Gwendoline DeGeare of Cheney, Washington, who passed away on March 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arthur Edmund Silsbury and Gwendoline Ridgley Silsbury; her son Nigel Geary; and her husband Thomas DeGeare. She is survived by: her siblings, Yvonne, David and Brian; her children, Paul Geary (Gina) of Sammamish and Alyson Swiga (Kenneth) of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Andrea, Michael, Lisa, Johnathan, Jacob and Zawadi; and her great grandchildren, Clark, Beckham, Emily, Kyson, Quinnton, Amiya and Iris.
