He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Schmitt; his children, Kimberly Mann (Tim) of Wilsonville, OR, Leslie Mowatt of Cheney and Jeffery Mowatt (Sherry) of Cheney; his grandsons, Bryce Mann, Andrew Mowatt (Jessica), Seth Mann, Antony Mowatt and Alexander Mowatt; and his brother Ralph Mowatt (Cathee) of Gresham, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
