With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Delos Ringley (Cheney, Washington), who passed away on March 8, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ringley and Virginia Ringley (Rice); his wife Josephine; his son Howard Jr.; and his siblings, Roy, Roger and Rhonda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanmarie Wilkinson (Robert) of Bend, Donna Lauffer (James) of Corona and Joyce Colby (Craig) of Cheney, WA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
