She was predeceased by: her father David E. Holmes; and her husband Earl Lee Azeltine. She is survived by: her mother Louisa E. Scobee; and her children, Earl Azeltine (Sari), Steven Azeltine (Patty), Terri Solt (Tyler), Tonya Todd (Bradley) and Brandi Holmes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hoerlings Mortuary (Claquato Cemetery). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Claquato Cemetery (142 Stearns Rd, Chehalis, WA 98532). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Newaukum Grange Hall (261 NW Chehalis Ave, Chehalis, WA 98532).
