He is survived by: his brother Todd Weinke; his children, Josh Weinke, Clayton Larsen, Patrick Madsen and Kendra Cunningham; his niece Shauna Weinke of Amanda Vickers; and his nephews, Eric Weinke and Jeffrey Weinke. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
