She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong; and her siblings, Charlotte Billingsley, Norma McCallum, Wilma Armstrong and Leroy Armstrong.
She is survived by: her former husband Leroy Allison; her husband Malcolm Nelson; her friends, Patricia Savage and Wanda Pecha; and her children, Gerald Allison, Alan Allison, David Allison (Amy Allison), Rick Allison (Alfreda Sipe) and Wanda Maze. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and as well as many other relatives.
