He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoe Marie (Whitlow) and Andrew Ballard Kelly; his wives, Berna Dene (Preuschhof) of Silver Creek and Nancy; and his siblings, Beverly and Bill.
He is survived by: his brother Dan Kelly (Beverly) of Longview; his daughter Beah Robinson of Fort Bragg, CA; his stepchildren, John Heldreth of Chehalis, Keith Heldreth (Lisa) of Chehalis and Tami Holman of Chehalis; and his sons, Andy Kelly (Marlene) of Hoquiam and Craig Kelly (Anne) of Mitchell, SD. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Following diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, from late 2011 onward Harold lived in several assisted living and nursing facilities.
