He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Forrest and Myrtle Forrest (Boeck); his sister Janice Bishop; and his grandson Leo Edward. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Louise Waldock; his spouse Mary; his children, Patrick (Julie), Tom (Huong), Lori and Michael (Jeni); his grandchildren, Brady, Jacoby, Derek, Cale and Ruby; his brothers, Mike (Sue) and Jeff (Donita); and his nephew Don Cocking.
