He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Mary, Joseph Zembal, Wanda, Frank Sr. Majeski, Virginia, Junior Klock, Donna, Bob Cribbs, Edna and Chick Morton.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Douglass and Jennie Douglass (Majeski); his brothers, Lane and Jake Douglass; and his grandparents, Rosemarie, Frank Majeski, Debbie, Steve Douglass and Terry Hopsecger.
