She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Johnson and Martha Johnson; her children, Ricky Anzalone (Nancy) and Patty Anzalone Ward (Jim); her grandchildren, Janita Jae Anzalone, Russell Anzalone (Stephanie), Michael Ward (Christie) and Megan Ward; her great grandchildren, Dustyn, Bradley, Caitlin, Wyatt, Macey, Chloe and Poppy; her great great grandchildren, Braxton, Rocker, Rowan, Hazel and Dean; her sisters, Edna Stevens and Agnes Middleton; and her husband Charles R. Anzalone (Tenino).

Due to COVID restrictions a family graveside service will be held at Claquato Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with Chuck and her parents.
