He is survived by: his wife Janet Johnson; his mother Bonnie Johnson; his siblings, Wayne Johnson, LeAnn Hendrickson, Jerri Reimer, Terri Sconce, Karla Wright and Bonnie Jo Robinson; his daughters, Karyn Cunningham (Aaron), Susanne Reichert (Jesse) and Jessica Hewitt (Adam); and his grandchildren, Titus Cunningham (Madelynne), Ava Cunningham, Claire Reichert, Lorelei Cunningham, Oliver Reichert, Blythe Hewitt, Declan Hewitt, Callum Hewitt, Elliott Reichert and Killian Hewitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
