He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Jay (Eydie). He is survived by: his father Edward Jay; his siblings, Larry Jay and Kelly Vanasse; his nieces, Makayla Vanasse and Kaytlyn Vanasse; and his nephew Garrett Jay. He is also survived by numerous Aunts; Uncles; and cousins.
