He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverand Tunis and Vera Fountain (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Jody Fountain; his children, Joshua Fountain, Stephanie Fountain, Sheryl Fountain and Susanne Thrasher (Michael); and his grandchildren, Nathan and Micah Thrasher.
