He is survived by: his siblings, Mrgaretha and Janet; his former wife Wilma Murry; his spouse Betheva Gietz; and his children, Mark Gietz (Avalon), Theresa Dunn-Schaffer (Mark) and Robert Kirk Gietz (Lynn). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
