He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Elaine Lund; his children, Jessica Haddock and Joshua Haddock; his stepson Robert Scotton; his siblings, David Haddock Jr., Shelly Lee Gunstone and Mary Hayes; his stepfather Lane Carrothers (Tom); and his grandchildren, Lane Scotton and Daniel Haddock.
