He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McLaughlin and Marie McLaughlin; and his siblings, Catherine Brownell, Phillip McLaughlin, Stanley McLaughlin, Charles McLaughlin, Lawrence McLaughlin, Rita Goldsby, Mary Warren, Donald McLaughlin and Susan Aarts.

He is survived by: his children, Charles McLaughlin and Marie McLaughlin.
