She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Clark and Lillian Clark; her husband Jim Jorgensen; her granddaughter Katie McCann; and her siblings, Judy Gabaldon, Glen Clark and Larry Clark (Cathy).

She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Rosenberg (Don) of Chehalis and Jill Olsen (Ed) of Rohnert Park, Calif.; and her brother Mike Clark (Karen) of Santa Rosa, Calif.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
