He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Laurie (Bob Schissler), Julie (Skip Voetberg) and Blake (Patty); his stepdaughter Shawna (Sam Burbee); and his former wife Janet Crook. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On Dec. 3, 2024, Jerry quietly succumbed to the effects of Parkinson's disease and dementia.
