He is survived by: his children, Toby Belcher and Dorothy Belcher (Blevins); his brothers, Toby Belcher Sr. (Mossyrock), James Belcher (Arkansas) and William Belcher (Mossyrock); and his close friend Jim Lambert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
