He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cadwell and Geneva Cadwell; his wife Clydeen Cadwell; his siblings, Jesse, Randi and Imogene; and his daughter Mary Ann Cadwell (Ben).
He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Kay Hart, Tracy Jarvis (Danny), Randi Cadwell and Becky Martin (Jim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
