He was predeceased by: his parents, William Schmitt and Gertrude Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Deanna; his siblings, Al Schmitt, Bill Schmitt, Esther Blair and Mildred Donald; his sons, Lee Schmitt and Glen Schmitt; his grandchildren, Tyson Schmitt, Kyle Schmitt, Jayln Schmitt and Lindsay Schmitt; and his great grandchild Lexton Schmitt.
