He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spahr and Jill Spahr; his grandparents, Bern Smith, Emil, Elsie Spahr and Pauline Smith; his uncle Don Smith; and his cousin Sarah Slape.

He is survived by: his daughters, Taylor Paige Spahr and Britany Anne Spahr; his former wife Karen Williams; his wife Candice Campbell; his sons, Jonathan Neal Spahr and Johnny; and his siblings, Shari Watt (Don), Scott Novak (Susan), Dean Novak (Rene), Neal, Leslie Campbell, Andrea Sanchez (Luis), Logan Campbell (Jenny), Eric Campbell (Susy) and Ian Campbell (Karla). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
