He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ware and Lorene Ware; and his siblings, Ramona, LaVonne and Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Daniel Jarvis (Sandy), Christopher Crow (Jennifer Spaid), Michelle Lucero and Erica Ware; his grandchildren, Kristin, Lauren, Anthony, Nicky, Jonathan, Ethan, Nicolas and Winnie; his brother Lee; and his parents-in-law, Gail, Mary and Denny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
