She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Carter and Gladys Carter; her husband Richard Elliott; her daughter Deanna Bridges; her brother Wendell Carter; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Voelker (Ken) and Tim Elliott; and her sisters, Heidi Mood (Steve) and Lois Fraticelli (Roy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, plus numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Betts Funeral Home (302 9th St, Wenatchee, WA 98801). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Living Hope Church (11 N Chelan Ave, Wenatchee, WA 98801).
Alternatively, donations can be made in her name to Serve Wenatchee Valley, a local relief organization she appreciated and supported.
