It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamie R. Fox (Carson, Washington), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Janice Fox of Madras; her sister Nikki Tate of Sandy; her children, Mckenzie Small and Dylan Fox of Sandy; her nieces, Audessie Tate and Meda Tate; her nephew Robert Tate of Sandy; and her close friend Monique Huff of Redmond. She is also survived by her best friend, her only sister, three nieces and her nephew.
