He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lynn Tollefson. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Movaine Duncan; his wife Teresa; his children, Ethan, Tom and Tera; his daughter-in-law Jess; his granddaughters, Alli and Emma; and his sisters, Kari and Kirsten. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
