He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin H. Christensen and B. Lavon Anderson Christensen; and his siblings, Ronald, Rick and Vicki.
He is survived by: his children, Sally (Clint), Ryan (Megan) and David (Melina); and his grandchildren, Garrett, Colton, Tyler, Shelby and Jaden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
