He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer G. W. Toops and Nina Mary LaRocque; his children, Wendy Toops of Washougal, Lainie Michael (Rob) of Camas and Bill Toops (Pauline) of Washougal; his siblings, Elmer Toops of Camas, Bill Toops of Vancouver, Warren Toops of Boise and Kay Payne of Vancouver; his wife Judy Toops; and his sister Sylvia Cathey. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren.
