With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard G. Carter (Camas, Washington), who passed away on November 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Milton Carter and Ruth Carter; his children, Marilyn Williamson of Olympia, WA, Wayne Carter of Fairbanks, AK, Deanna Carlson of Hillsboro, OR and Nancy Bastings of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister Betty Whipps. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many grand-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. John's Presbyterian Church.
