He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leroy Krout and Barbara Elaine Weidman (Krout); and his siblings, Stanley Paul Krout, Samuel Marcus Krout and Cynthia Louise Krout (Drichas).
He is survived by: his children, Debra and Randy Jr.; and his siblings, Jonathon, Ralph, Barbara (Burden), Mary (Lewis), Timothy, Kevin, Daniel, Michael and Matthew. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandson.
