He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Howard and Herta Howard; his wife Gracie L. Taylor; his children, Nathan Howard of Camas, WA and Skye Howard of Camas, WA; and his siblings, Linda Mauk of Milwaukie, OR and Klaus Howard. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
