He is survived by: his wife Norma Medina Newkirk; his children, Melinda L Gibbs of Longview, WA and Arthur K Newkirk of Oroville, WA; and his sister Janet Gilson of Washougal, WA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Camas Community Center (1718 SE 7th Ave, Camas, WA 98607).
