She was predeceased by: her mother June Meyer; and her siblings, Jim Meyer and Janice Platt. She is survived by: her father Richard "Bud" Meyer; her sons, Jason Sample (Lisa) and Christopher Sample (Wendy); her grandchildren, Alex, Collin and Reece; her stepsons, Brian Carroll and Grant Carroll; and her siblings, Renee Mattson, Lori Johnson, Kim Martin, Kay Martinez, Rick Meyer and John Meyer. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
