He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Maddux and Jean Maddux; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Duffy and Steve Duffy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Duffy Maddux (Duffy); his children, Tracy Maddux (Donna) and Scott Maddux (Leanda); his grandchildren, Sarah Maddux, Jarret Hernandez and Jace Hernandez; and his siblings, Linda Myers and David Maddux. He is also survived by his niece and nephews; and the rest of his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in support of the Quileute Tribe, Move to Higher Ground Project.
