She is survived by: her spouse Art Lewis; her children, Beverly Lape of Camas and Bob Lewis (Deanna) of Washougal; and her brother Leon Pendergrass of Fallon Nevada. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 10 and 1/2 great-great-grandchildren.
