She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. Richmond and Phyllis L. Richmond (Stevenson). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Carrie Hancock (Casey) of Phoenix, Arizona and Mark Ebmeyer of Milwaukie, Oregon; and her brother Francis John Richmond III of Juneau, Alaska. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
