She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony Lorenzo Pulanco (Tony) and Betty Dewey Pulanco; her children, Tonya Beth Pulanco and Nadeen; her sister Tonya (Toby); her former husband Roy Higgs; her sons, Paul Anthony Clarke and Steven Luis Clarke; her husband Bill Clarke; her daughter-in-law Julie; her grandsons, Jordan Paul Clarke, Brady Paul, Kennedy Ann, Macy Beth, Tyson Steven Clarke, Kasen Ty, Baylor Allen, Payton Steven, Andrew John Clarke, Camden James and Jackson Drew; and also Tony Jr..
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at 277 N Gilbertson Rd, Camano, WA 98282.
