It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cline of Camano Island, Washington, born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son David. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kay Propeck; and his daughters, Cynthia and Rebecca. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one sister.
