It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet Orr (Camano Island, Washington), born in Mount Vernon, Washington, who passed away on January 12, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luther Reed and Esther Reed (Pease); her significant other Robert Orr; and her children, Vivian Collins, Karey Steen, Peggy Brinks, David Brinks, Lawrence Brinks II, Melissa Brinks, Brian Brinks, Ceneasa Orr and Jolene Orr. She was also cherished by 67 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
