With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Tilley of Camano Island, Washington, who passed away on December 4, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Howes (Ross) and Kenneth Victor Howes; and her siblings, Kenneth Ross Howes, Thomas Edwin Howes and Dona Lavelle Howes.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Jennifer), Chad (Jeanette), Robert (Kimberly), David (Jacqui), Jay (Alisa) and Michael (Jennifer); and her sister Patricia Brown. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, one great-grandson, many, many nieces, and nephews.
