He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Olsen and Pearl Olsen; his wife Sandy; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his sons, Dave Olsen (Tiffany), Chris Olsen and Mike Olsen (Chelsey); and his grandsons, Andrew and Harvey. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
