She was predeceased by: her parents, Hokon Hansen and Myrtle Hansen; her daughter Vikki Valentine; and her brother David A. Hansen. She is survived by: her husband Corky Vander Griend (C. M.) of Burlington, WA; her son Rick Vander Griend (Naomi) of Mount Vernon, WA; her son-in-law Roger Valentine (Jo Ann) of Mount Vernon, WA; her brother Gordon E. Hansen of Mission, BC; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Hansen (Kevin Westfall) and Mick Vander Griend (Lena); and her grandchildren, Travis Dalaba (Sara), Mikki Valentine, Daniel Valentine (Maria) and Jared Vander Griend. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
