It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Ritcher (Burlington, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on January 25, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Lori Poggioli-Butler; her parents, Lawrence Gross and Myrtle Gross (Sjogren); her siblings, Shirley, Glen and Carol Elliott (Dean); and her niece Patty Elliott.

She is survived by: her siblings, Melvin Richter and Larry Gross (Gwen) of Longview, WA; her husband Robert; her sons, Douglas (Carol), David (Cinde) and Thomas (Nancy); and also, Bill Richter (Shirley), John Richter (Betty), Louise Holmes (Richter) and Sylvia Richter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
