He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Petersen and Grace Petersen of Vashon Island, Washington.; his wife Joan M Petersen; and his son Jeffrey H Petersen. He is survived by: his daughter Kaye Guajardo (Raul); his daughter-in-law Mattie Petersen Mt; his grandson Ian W. Petersen Mt (Marina Valle); and his great grandchild Axel H Petersen.
