She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Davis and Genevieve Davis (Heiner); her children, Allison Forsman and Dale Van Matre; and her siblings, Lucille Smith and Dan Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford Van Matre; her son Doug Van Matre (Margo); and her grandchildren, Misty Saldiver (Dustin), Nicci Troupe (Derek), Lexie Henderson (Joey), Stephanie Yarton (Ryan) and Chelsea Kovesh (Amir).
