He was predeceased by: his wife June Leeper; his parents, Cecil Dunlap and Bertie Dunlap (McKinstry); his son Randall; and his sisters, Martha Sue McClain of Monticello, AR, Maxine Harris of Crossett, AR and Juanita Nowlen of Yulee, FL..
He is survived by: his son David (Jackie) of Lynnwood, WA; his granddaughters, Kelly Dunlap, Anna Born (Scott) and Jennifer Thurnau (Tim Clark); and his sister Dixie Jordan of Oxford, MS.. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon, WA or to the Helping Hands Food Bank in Sedro-Woolley, WA.
