She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Smith (Darrell), Deborah Reinhart (David), Charles Leeds and Cathryn Leeds; her grandchildren, Cassandra Smith (Bryant), Brandon Smith, Elisabeth Smith, Alexandra Furrow, Nicholas Furrow, Dominick Leeds and Charly Leeds; her great grandchild Ezekiel Forsythe; and her siblings, Josephine Rudar (Peter), Antoinette Heckman (Steve), Deborah Harrison (William) and Dennis Moore (Faith).
