He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin and Alice; his brother Cletus; and his daughter-in-law Anne. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his wife Verna; his children, Frederick, Jeffery, Eric (Kathy) and Catherine (Frank Augustyniewicz); his grandchildren, Alex, Rachael, Rebecca, Jonathon, Sarah, Elise, Meredith and Mari; and his sister Kaye Rhodes. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
