It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Harter (Buckley, Washington), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Harter and Theresa Harter; his wife Brenda Harter of Buckley; his sons, Troy Harter (Kelly) of Buckley and Charles Harter (Elizabeth) of Wilkeson; his sister Lind Spores (William) of Marana, AZ; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Jocelyn, Bambi and Edward.
