He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Burdette; his children, Mike Puterbaugh of Tacoma, WA, Vickie Daniels of Salem, OR, Jeff Puterbaugh of Salem, OR, Ric Puterbaugh of Rathdrum, ID, Carrie Zorn of Roseville, CA and Sue Ellen Trigg of San Antonio, TX; and his siblings, Jim Puterbaugh, Fred Puterbaugh of Dade City, FL, Charlotte Miller of Frostproof, FL and Susan Roe of Junction City, OR. He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
